PASTE YOUR LISTING
How it works
Paste your listing
Open Google Maps, find your business, tap Share and copy the link. A business name with its city, or your business phone number, works too.
See your score
We read your public listing and check what Google weighs: categories, reviews, hours, photos, website and contact details. The score and every check show right away.
Get the full plan by email
Watch the plan write itself on the page, then enter your email and we send the full PDF: every field ready to paste, plus the notes on what to fix first.
Built on what Google ranks
Categories
Your primary category is the biggest ranking factor you control. The plan fills the extra category slots Google allows, where they honestly fit what you do.
Reviews
Star rating, how many reviews you have, and how recent the newest one is. Steady new reviews matter more than a burst once a year.
Hours
Google favors businesses that are open when someone searches. Missing or wrong hours quietly cost you calls.
Every service
Up to 25 services, each with a description that fits Google's 300 character limit, so you show up for the specific jobs people search for.
Website and listing
Your name, address and phone must match everywhere. The plan includes a tracking link so you can see visits that come from Google.
Photos and posts
Profiles with real, recent photos and regular posts look active. The plan includes a shot list of what to photograph.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions about the tool.
Yes. No signup and no credit card. Paste your link and you see your score and plan on the page. The full PDF plan is emailed to you for free. If you'd rather we set it all up, you can book a call, but you never have to.
No. The tool only reads what Google already shows the public about your business. You paste the suggested copy into your profile yourself, so nothing changes until you decide.
Open Google Maps, search your business, tap it, then tap Share and Copy link. A maps.app.goo.gl or share.google link works, and so does typing your business name and city or your business phone number.
No. Google's rules say your profile name must match your real-world name, and stuffed names get suspended. Put your keywords in the description, services, posts and review replies.
Fixing hours, categories and missing info can show up within days. Reviews and photos build up over weeks. Distance to the searcher is something nobody can change, so focus on what you control: the checklist in your plan.
The plan is free to read on the page. We email the PDF so you have a copy to work from, and you may get occasional tips from us. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
